Due to delays clearing our membership kits through customs, membership pack delivery has been slightly delayed.
Members who signed up or renewed their membership by 27th November and paid for postage should receive their packs over the next few business days, the first group of which have been lodged with the couriers today. For Members who signed up or renewed between 27th November and 12th December and paid for postage, you should expect to receive your pack late next week. For everyone else who paid for delivery, every effort will be made to get your membership kit to you prior to Christmas.
If you are collecting your 2013 membership kit, visit the Roosters Shop in Easts Leagues Club anytime between 10am – 5pm Monday to Saturday to collect your pack.
If your membership kit is a Christmas gift and you are concerned you may not receive your pack pre-Christmas, please contact your membership team to organise a gift certificate.
