Trent Robinson has been forced into a reshuffle of the side named on Tuesday after injury to one of the Head Coaches main-stayers in the Roosters backline.

Towering winger Daniel Tupou pulled up tight following a training session earlier in the week and has been left out for precautionary reasons, therefore ruled out of the Remondis Stadium clash with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

Tupou's absence out wide sees Shaun Kenny-Dowall shift from right centre to the left wing, with backrower Mitchell Aubusson moving from the bench into the right centre position.

Robinson also named an extended bench in Tuesday's sportsbet.com.au Team Announcement, with the Head Coach confirming the four spots will be taken by Frank-Paul Nuuausala, Dylan Napa, Isaac Liu and Daniel Mortimer.

Kane Evans misses out, dropping off the bench, after playing for Newtown Jets earlier today.

Following the coin toss the Roosters will be kicking off and running left-to-right.

Roosters (1-13): Anthony Minicheillo (c), Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Michael Jennings, Mitchell Aubusson, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, James Maloney, Mitchell Pearce (vc), Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (vc), Jake Friend (vc), Sam Moa, Boyd Cordner (vc), Sonny Bill Williams, Aidan Guerra

Bench: Frank-Paul Nuuausala, Isaac Liu, Dylan Napa, Daniel Mortimer
