Hooker Heath L'Estrange has today been ruled out of NRL action for 4-6 weeks after suffering cartilage damage to his left knee in Saturday night's 48-4 win over the Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval.

Starting in just his second match for the season, with Vice-Captain Jake Friend also currently sidelined with a hamstring strain, L'Estrange left the field in the 14th minute and was replaced by Mitchell Aubusson.

L'Estrange will undergo an arthroscope on the injured knee tomorrow (Wednesday, 19 August) and will be unavailable for selection for 4-6 weeks.

Updates on L'Estrange's rehabilitation and expected return will be published as they come to hand.
