Head Coach Trent Robinson has named his side for this Sunday's trip across the ditch to face the New Zealand Warriors in Round 24 of the 2014 NRL Premiership at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland.

Chasing a fourth straight victory following last Saturday night's 44-point demolition of the Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval, Robinson will be without his first and second choice hookers in Jake Friend and Heath L'Estrange after the latter was ruled our for 4-6 weeks yesterday afternoon.

L'Estrange suffered cartilage damage to his left knee in Saturday night's win and did not return after being replaced by Mitchell Aubusson in the 14th minute.

With the pair unavailable through injury Robinson has handed the No.9 shirt to Aubusson for his first start at hooker of the 2014 season.

In other Team news, Remi Casty returns from a fortnight on the sidelines with a hamstring strain to take his place on an extended bench alongside Isaac Liu, Dylan Napa, Kane Evans and 18th man Jackson Hastings.

Roosters: Anthony Minichiello (c), Daniel Tupou, Michael Jennings, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, James Maloney, Mitchell Pearce (vc), Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (vc), Mitchell Aubusson, Sam Moa, Boyd Cordner (vc), Aidan Guerra, Frank-Paul Nu'uausala

Bench: Remi Casty, Isaac Liu, Dylan Napa, Kane Evans, Jackson Hastings

Unavailable:
Heath L'Estrange (Knee injury), Samisoni Langi (Ankle injury), Jake Friend (Hamstring strain), Siosiua Taukeiaho (Knee injury), Sonny Bill Williams (Fractured thumb)
