U20s centre Taane Milne was yesterday (Tuesday, 25 August) charged with a Grade 2 Dangerous Throw by the NRL Match Review Committee following Sunday's Round 24 Holden Cup clash with the New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium.

The incident occured in the 53rd minute of the win.

An early guilty plea would see Milne unavailable for selection for two weeks, which the Club today opted to take.

Milne will be available for selection in the first week of the 2014 Holden Cup Finals series.
