Further to his diagnosis of a Haemothorax, Jake Friend underwent a surgical procedure to locate and identify a source of bleeding late Sunday afternoon, and this was successful.
Jake remains in hospital and has shown marked improvement in the past 24 hours.
It is anticipated that Jake will be discharged within the next 48 hours.
