Daniel Tupou and Aidan Guerra have today been named to make their Australian debuts after being selected alongside Roosters team mate Michael Jennings by Kangaroos coach Tim Sheens to play in the Four Nations opener against New Zealand on Saturday night.

The trio are also joined by Boyd Cordner who has been named as 18th man for the tournament opener at Suncorp Stadium.

While Jennings (2) and Cordner (3) are both already capped at international level, Tupou and Guerra will be making their first appearances in the green and gold in what caps off breakthrough seasons for the 2013 Premiership-winning pair.

Both were selected to be a part of last year's Rugby League World Cup with Tupou representing Tonga and Guerra Italy, followed by both making their State of Origin debuts mid-season and playing a part in all three matches of the 2014 Series.
