Captain Jake Friend spoke to the media this morning ahead of our Round 21 clash with the Bulldogs on Friday night for ISC Marvel Super Heroes Round.

It's clear where Friend's focus lies when speaking about the Friday night challenge.

"They've got plenty of strike power and some big forwards, so we'll have to be really on with our defence," said Friend.

Even when the conversation shifted to Premiership favouritism and the Queensland teams at the top of the ladder, you could see that this weekend was the first hurdle for Friend, and he wasn't worried on too much beyond it.

"They're going really well," he said on the Queensland sides.

"It'll be a good challenge in a few weeks to actually see how we go against the Broncos, but we haven't really thought much about it, we're thinking about the Bulldogs tomorrow night," he added.
