In light of the news that our Round 1 clash of the 2016 NRL season will be against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, we rewind back to the last time we played against them.
The Last Time We Met the Rabbitohs at Allianz Stadium was in Round 26 of the 2015 season, and things went according the plan for the Roosters on this occasion.
The first half was dominant and clinical for the boys in red, white and blue, scoring 30 unanswered points to officially seal themselves as the Minor Premiers for the third consecutive season.
With the return of Sam Burgess and plenty of handy off-season recruits for the Rabbitohs, this is sure to be an absolute blockbuster of an opening game.
