The Sydney Roosters kicked off their NRL wellbeing community carnival yesterday, visiting schools within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

The Roosters Leadership Group including Aidan Guerra, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Sam Moa, Jake Friend and Boyd Cordner took time of out of their pre-season schedule to deliver the Wellbeing assembly focused around the importance of sleep, hydration, belonging and junior rugby league

As professional athletes, the boys expressed the importance of getting at least 11 hours of sleep a night (for children), eating nutritious food and drinking plenty of water throughout the day to remain healthy and hydrated.

How many premierships have the Roosters won, who scored the most tries for the Roosters in 2015? Just a couple of questions that were asked in a game of trivia, which the students managed to get though hassle free and win some cool prizes while they were at it.

At the conclusion of the event, the students were given the opportunity to get a quick autograph and selfie with the boys before they returned to training at Allianz Stadium.
