Sydney Roosters Legend Anthony Minichiello and the Roosters Community team continued their engagement on the Central Coast on Thursday, delivering the Roosters Wellbeing assembly to over 500 primary school children.

The assembly focuses on the importance of sleep, hydration, belonging, nutrition and addressed the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Led by Anthony Minichiello, the students participated in Roosters trivia, a question and answer session on food groups and a rugby league game focused around team work.

At the end of the session, the children had the opportunity to ask Anthony Minichiello questions about his life as a professional anthlete, including his favourite moments on the field, his favourite team to play against and his dreams growing up.

Three21 Tour Sydney Roosters HQ

The Sydney Roosters welcomed clients from the Three21 organisation earlier this week for a group tour.

This experience provided the group with the chance to enjoy a behind the scenes visit of the Sydney Roosters headquarters, home change rooms and the Allianz field.

The visitors bumped into Roosters Captain Jake Friend and Vice Captain Boyd Cordner in the gym along the way, which was the perfect way to finish a fun afternoon.

The Three21 Foundation aims to make quality, effective and safe natural health care information that is available for mothers, caregivers and practitioners who are caring for children with down syndrome.
