The Roosters took to the turf at Central Coast Stadium last Saturday night for their final trial match against the Manly Sea Eagles ahead of the NRL Telstra Premiership's official kick off in March.

There was plenty of feeling in the Community Cup trial and the boys were left with some bumps and bruises, but the Roosters Medical Staff are pleased that all members of the squad got through 80 minutes without injury.

The Roosters now have a full week of training ahead this week in preparation for a road trip to Queensland for our Round 1 clash against the Gold Coast Titans on Saturday, March 4.

Joseph Manu has recovered well from a knee cartilage sprain and is expected to be available for Round 1.

With the exception of Siosiua Taukeiaho, all members of the first grade squad are likely to be available for selection next week.
