With two games remaining in the 2013 NRL season, the Sydney Roosters have today wrapped up the 2013 Club Championship after the Holden Cup side recorded a 34-20 win over the Gold Coast Titans.

With the Under 20s securing a Top 4 finish with the win and the NRL squad a chance to take out the Minor Premiership next Friday night against the Rabbitohs, despite this afternoon's result against the Titans, Chief Commercial Officer - Football Brian Canavan spoke proudly of the achievement to

"Internally, it's the best club award you can receive and reflects that you have talented players, coaches and great programs in place."

"Additionally, it helps consolidate your future and we're extremely proud to have taken out the prize in 2013."

Canavan was also high in praise for the two men leading the Clubs sides in 2013, Trent Robinson and Paul Green.

"Robbo and Greeny must be given credit as the two respective coaches of the teams involved in this award and their diligence and perseverance throughout 2013 has been second to none."

With three games remaining (2 x NRL, 1 x NYC) the Roosters sit on 74 Club Championship points.
