Mitchell Aubusson addressed the media this afternoon to discuss a range of topics, including the Sea Eagles, the upcoming milestone for Shaun Kenny-Dowall and last week's disappointing performance.
When asked about the season so far, Aubusson didn't shy away from what he thinks the team needs to do.
"Obviously it's not the start we wanted this year," he said.
"The guys know that the only way to get out of it is by working hard, staying together and fighting our way out of it, which I'm sure we will."
There are no excuses, and Aubusson wasn't prepared to make any.
"There are no excuses on our end.
"We'll continue to work hard and turn it around."
