First Aid Course - Wednesday 7th December

Sydney Roosters players Latrell Mitchell, Connor Watson and club legend Anthony Minichiello dropped into the Captains Lounge last Wednesday afternoon for a surprise appearance at the school's first aid course.

It was a long but rewarding day for the 50 indigenous students, and the Roosters visit was a real highlight.

Connor and Latrell spoke to students about growing up, their journey to playing for the Roosters, living away from home and what if felt like to pull on the Roosters Jersey for the first time.

Anthony Minichiello gave the group some advice on the importance of chasing dreams, self-belief and overcoming challenges.

The students were then given the opportunity to ask questions to the Rooster’s trio.
