The Roosters train in L.A

Members of the Sydney Roosters squad have been in Los Angeles for some training and to enjoy some of the biggest attractions in town over the last week.

Former Roosters player Luke Milton put the players through their paces at his gym, Training Mate.

Milton’s circuit sessions were based on dynamic movements, with a focus on engaging upper body strength, lower body strength and dynamic cardio.

Speaking about having the Roosters using his gym, Milton said: “As an ex-Rooster I’m obviously thrilled to have the boys in at Training Mate this week, and very proud of the achievements of the past season.

"It’s great seeing the club be so dominant and consistent.”

The squad were treated to box seats at the Los Angeles Clippers vs New Orleans Pelicans NBA game at Staples Center, followed by the Rams v Ravens NFL match at L.A. Memorial Coliseum.
