Leadership and Mentoring
The Sydney Roosters Leadership and Mentoring program aims to harness the NRL's popularity to empower and educate students about the importance of having a dream and how to work towards their goals.
Led by Sydney Roosters Ambassador Anthony Minichiello and the Roosters Community Department, the program is designed to inspire high school students to define their ambitions and career goals and create the steps to achieve them.
Using the NRL Dream Believe Achieve teaming resource, the classroom-based program covers SMART goals, resilience, self-belief and leadership.
A highlight of the program is a career talk by Anthony Minichiello.
The Leadership and Mentoring program is a 1-hour classroom session for years 9 and 10.
