Roosters Respect
The Sydney Roosters Respect program aims to provide an interactive learning experience that empowers young people on the values that made a successful team, group, or community.
Respecting yourself, respecting others and taking responsibility for your actions are the key themes of the Respect resource.
The program promotes the importance of cultural diversity, respectful behaviours and fair treatment of all people regardless of their culture, race or religious background. The Roosters Respect assembly celebrates Australia as a multicultural society.
The program focuses on two main values that promote a respectful and successful team; belonging and celebrating differences.
This program is suitable for years K-6.

Sydney Roosters respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
