Tricolours Female Skill Development Day

Want to see what it takes to be an NRLW or Tarsha Gale player? Well, the Tricolours Female Skill Development Day has got you covered!

On Thursday April 14, the Sydney Roosters will be running a three-hour day of skills development run by the Club's Female Pathways coaches at Matraville Sports High School for girls aged 13-18. 

A handful of NRLW and Tarsha Gale Cup stars will also be in attendance in a day open to participants of all sports backgrounds - no matter if it's contact or non-contact. 

The program will include: 

  • Building fundamental skills of the game
  • Tackle Selection and Safe Landings
  • Exposure to team structure; including positional aspects
  • Fun and games

With free admission, this event will be the perfect opportunity for any young female athlete looking to register their interest in furthering their career and help grow the women's game.
