How can Members update their details?
Members can update their details via their online Roosters Account. Simply log in using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes.
Alternatively, you can phone the Sydney Roosters Membership Team on 1300 327 871 between the hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
How many games do Members have access to in 2026?
The Sydney Roosters will be in a position to confirm exact match entitlements when the NRL releases the 2026 draw in November 2025.
The same will apply for the NRLW Membership when the NRLW fixture is released.
Do I scan my Membership card at all 2026 home games?
The Sydney Roosters will be in a position to confirm the manner in which Members will access 2026 Premiership games after the NRL draw is released in November of 2025.
For matches where the Sydney Roosters deem a sold-out event is a possibility – Members with access rights may be asked to redeem a match ticket via Ticketek.
I’ve ordered multiple Memberships, will they arrive in the mail together?
Yes. Whether you have ordered a family Membership or a combination of NRL, NRLW or Pet Memberships, if the orders are made to the same mailing address, they will arrive in one parcel.
When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and card?
Our 2026 Membership Packs are expected to begin arriving in December 2025. This will include any purchases made during or before November 2025 and any Members who are part of our MyPay Program as MyPay Members will have their Memberships automatically renewed on October 16, 2025.
For new Reserved Seat Members (Ultimate, Gold and Silver), your Membership packs will be sent out without your Member card. Your Member card will be sent out once your seat has been allocated.
Thereafter, Members should expect to receive their Membership Packs within 2 – 3 weeks of purchasing.

Is the traditional ANZAC Day match included in my Membership?
ANZAC Day is a St George Illawarra home game in 2026. As such, this fixture is not included in any Sydney Roosters Membership packages for the 2026 season. Members will, however, receive priority access to pre-purchase tickets to this fixture for 2026.
What should I do if my Member card isn’t scanning?
If you are having any issues with accessing the match via your 2026 Membership card, the Sydney Roosters Membership team is located outside Gate 1 on Driver Avenue. The Membership team are on standby to resolve any Membership-related issues at all Allianz Stadium home games.
What happens if a Member misplaces their Member card?
Member cards can be replaced in the event that a Member card is lost or stolen. A replacement fee of $10 will be applied to the Member account. Members are able to contact the Sydney Roosters Membership Team on 1300 327 871 to arrange to have a replacement card mailed to them.
What other benefits do Members receive outside of game access?
The Sydney Roosters Membership is the gift that keeps on giving with access to discounted additional match tickets, discounts on Official Sydney Roosters Merchandise and access to Club Partner offers.
Members will receive invites to Exclusive Member Events throughout the season, access to exclusive news and content, pre-sale access to State of Origin, NRL Finals and Grand Final tickets as well as a Complimentary Easts Membership*.

Is public transport to and from Allianz Stadium for Sydney Roosters events included in my 2026 Membership card?
Yes! Public transport is included for Sydney Roosters events at Allianz Stadium in all 2026 Membership cards and match tickets during the 2026 season. Simply present your Member card or match ticket to a Transport for NSW member of staff to access public transport.
Please note that transport is not currently included for any other venues including polytec Stadium.
How can reserved seat Members request different seats for 2026?
Reserved seat Members are welcome to apply for a seat change in the lead-up to the 2026 season by clicking here.
Members with a reserved seat are required to renew their Membership prior to November 10 if they wish to retain their seat from 2025. Once renewed, if a Member wishes to change their seat, they can do so by making an application here.
After November 10, all reserved seats that are not renewed will be released, and the Membership Team will allocate seat changes where possible. Members who request a seat change will be notified - regardless of the outcome.
What constitutes a family Membership?
The Roosters understand that not every family looks the same and will continue to provide options accordingly. A family Membership can be any variation of 2 Adult + 2 Juniors, 1 Adult + 2 Juniors, 2 Adults + 1 Junior, 1 Adult + 3 Juniors.
A Junior Member is someone aged 15 and under as of January 1, 2026.
Members who wish to bring on additional Adults or Juniors are able to do so at the equivalent cost of their respective category.
What constitutes a concession Membership?
In order to qualify for a Sydney Roosters concession Membership, Members must hold one of the following forms of identification:
- Pension Card (aged, single parent or disability)
- Student Card (full-time)
- Veterans Affairs
Seniors Cards and Healthcare Cards do not qualify as concession. The Sydney Roosters Membership Team must be notified of a Members concession card number prior to joining or renewing as a concession Member. Concession identification must also be presentable upon request at all Sydney Roosters home games in 2026.
What constitutes a Junior Membership?
Junior Members are classified by anyone who is 15 years or under as of January 1, 2026.
How can a Roosters Membership be bought as a gift?
It is advised when purchasing a Roosters Membership as a gift, that the person buying the Membership enters their own contact details, however, still places the Membership in the recipients' name. A series of confirmation emails will be sent upon receipt of the purchase, so if the gift is a surprise, it is best not to provide their email address.
Once the Member has received their gift and is aware of the Membership, they are able to contact the Membership Team on 1300 327 871 to update their contact details.
How can Members take part in State of Origin, Las Vegas, NRL Finals and Grand Final pre-sale windows?
It is advised that all Members wishing to purchase tickets to State of Origin, NRL Finals and Grand Final during Member pre-sale windows have a valid email address attached to their account.
When the NRL places the of the aforementioned events on sale, Club Members receive 24-48 hour pre-sale windows to purchase tickets before the general public. Members must check their emails prior to these events going on sale for their unique code to access tickets via Ticketek.
Roosters Member cards will not provide access to State of Origin, NRL Finals or Grand Final matches.
Can Members sign up their friends or family?
Members who wish to join their friends or family as Members can do so from their own MyAccount. Simply select the package of choice, proceed to check out, and supply the contact details of your friend or family member when prompted. Reserved Seat Members can apply to have their friend or family member sit with them by contacting the Membership Team on 1300 327 871 or by clicking here.
How do Queensland and Country & Interstate Members redeem their tickets?
Queensland and Country & Interstate Members are able to redeem tickets to their chosen game by following the instructions sent via email from the Membership Team. Ticket requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the game you wish to attend.
I’m not receiving any emails from the Sydney Roosters.

What is the Members Code of Conduct?
Whilst we recognise that barracking and supporting your Club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with players, Club staff, agents or other NRL event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.
Club Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the NRL’s stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters who abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or referees on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.
If you notice any anti-social behaviour, please report the incident to stadium security or follow any prompts that appear on-screen.
