The Sydney Roosters SG Ball side have qualified for the 2014 Grand Final after overcoming close-rivals the South Sydney Rabbitohs 34-26 in their Preliminary Final on Saturday afternoon.

General Manager of Player List and Recruitment for the Tricolours, Peter O'Sullivan, was glowing in his assessment of the side when he caught up with Roosters.com.au

"It's been an awesome season," O'Sullivan said with a smile.

"I was really dissappointed with our 18s last year, we just didn't compete enough."

"Our attack was outstanding and standard of the offence was great."

The Under 18s side will now face the Penrith Panthers this Saturday in the decider after they overcame the Parramatta Eels 24-8.
