Adam Hartigan has named his side for this Saturday night's Holden Cup clash with North Queensland Cowboys, with the Head Coach making a host of changes to the side that last week went down narrowly to the Wests Tigers.

PNG International Nene Macdonald has shifted from fullback into 5/8 to partner Vice-Captain Tyler Cornish in the halves, in the absence of the injured Jackson Hastings.

Macdonald's place at the back has been taken by Arthur Currie, who's shifted from the left wing into the No. 1 shirt.

Currie's place has been taken by Misielli Vaikeli, who will make his first appearance of the year.

In the forward pack, Willis Meehan moves from the backrow into prop with Braden Uele shifting onto the bench.

Meehan's absence in the backrow sees Alex Lyons named to start in the No. 12 shirt and NSW Blues Under 20s representative, Jakiel Mariner, returning after a week out with a rib injury.

Mariner's return sees Piki Rogers return to the bench alongside Uele, Harry Vanderhart, Mitch Mamary, Jake Lewis and Addison Demetriou.

Hartigan will confirm his starting seventeen one hour prior to kick-off on Saturday night.
