Following the Roosters win over the Parramatta Eels on Saturday night, Aidan Guerra and Blake Ferguson were both cited by the NRL Match Review Committee.

The club has elected to plea not guilty to both charges handed down yesterday afternoon.

Aidan Guerra was cited with a Grade 1 Shoulder Charge following an incident in the 30th minute of the match.

Should he be unsuccessful in fighting the charge, he will miss two weeks of NRL action and have 80 carry over points.

If a successful case is brought forward and he is found not guilty, he will be free to take his place against the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday night.

Blake Ferguson was cited with a Grade 1 Tripping charge for an incident in the 45th minute.

Regardless of the result at the NRL Judiciary, Blake Ferguson will be free to play against the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday night. If he is found guilty, he will hold 75 carry over points.
