In his first season as Captain of the Sydney Roosters, Mitchell Pearce did an admirable job of leading his side around the park.
His early season form saw him selected at five eighth for the New South Wales Blues, where he played very well in the first two games.
It was a milestone season for the Captain, becoming the youngest player in NRL history to play 200 games at the age of 26.
His good season would end abruptly though, with injury ruling him out for the final two games of the regular season and most of the finals.
In just 20 games in 2015, Pearce had 19 try assists and 14 line break assists.
