After a successful stint at the back-end of the 2015 season, Blake Ferguson spent some time in a few different positions in 2016 to find where he fit best in the team.
He spent the pre-season training at fullback, but would shuffle back to the centres for the Round 2 clash against the Canberra Raiders.
When he was selected to play on the wing for Laurie Daley's Blues in the State of Origin, Trent Robinson would follow suit when he returned to club duty.
At the back end of the season, Ferguson would return to the fullback position where he spent most of the pre-season and had a couple of standout performances.
Most notable was his impressive showing against the Dragons on a Sunday afternoon, scoring two four-pointers and setting one up.
Ferguson was selected for every possible representative fixture in 2016, including the Indigenous All Stars (though he was unavailable), State Of Origin, the Anzac Test and the Four Nations.
