As we farewell the month of November and head into the final month of 2016, let's take a look at the month that was and look at the biggest talking points to wrap-up.
TALKING POINTS
1. 2017 NRL DRAW
No Round 1 rivals: The big talking point to come out of Round 1 is that we aren't playing the South-Sydney Rabbitohs.
Instead we will be on the road interstate for a clash with the Gold Coast Titans at CBus Super Stadium.
The last time we went to Queensland in Round 1 was in 2015 when the Roosters went head-to-head with the North-Queensland Cowboys in Townsville.
On that occasion, the Roosters walked away with a big win over the side that would go on to be Premiers.
All Sydney start at Allianz: We kick off our 2017 home campaign against the Bulldogs at home for a blockbuster Sydney derby, but our three games that follow will also be against Sydney teams.
The highlight amongst those four will be our traditional Anzac Day clash against the Dragons, while the Sea Eagles and Eels will also be coming to town for some exciting Sydney Club battles.

On the 10th of November, The Roosters were thrilled to announce that big prop forward Jared Waerea-Hargreaves re-signed with the Sydney Roosters until the end of the 2020 season.
“Everyone who knows me knows how much the Roosters mean to me,” said Waerea-Hargreaves.
“It’s an honour to wear the Roosters jersey and to represent our area, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to know that I’ll continue to be part of the team we have here for at least the next four years,” he added
