In Round 24 of the 2016 NRL Telstra Premiership season, Roosters lock Siosiua Taukeiaho sustained a torn ACL in the opening minutes against the Cronulla Sharks.

After months of extensive rehab, Taukeiaho has now started running and his recovery is going according to schedule.

He is likely to join the squad for limited contact training within the next month.

There is not yet a confirmed date for his return, but the medical staff are confident that he is healing well and Taukeiaho is taking all the neccesary steps to ensure he returns to his best.

There are no other squad injuries to report
