The Sydney Roosters were on enemy ground in Round 25 for a feisty clash with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, and a hard-fought win saw the Roosters re-claim second spot on the ladder.

Some more good news to come from the clash was that though the forwards were fatigued after 80 minutes of intensity, there were no injuries to report.

Nat Butcher sat out in Round 25 due to a concussion sustained the week earlier, but he will likely be available for selection this week as the Wyong Roos prepare to take on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the first Semi Final of the NSW Intrust Super Premiership.

Daniel Tupou has been tracking along well with his rehab program as he recovers from a groin injury sustained in Round 22 against the Manly Sea-Eagles.

Though there is no exact timetable for his return to the field, it's likely that he will return to full contact training and be available for selection in the coming weeks.

The remaining members of the first grade squad will be available for selection in Round 26.
