If you thought the Roosters did well on-field this season, they matched their efforts off-field by immersing themselves within their Eastern Suburbs, Central Coast and Adelaide communities.
The players clocked up 725 appearances in 2017, devoting close to 1,800 hours in the community.
There were plenty of highlights over the 2017 season and we have selected the standout community stories.
Community Carnival
The Roosters 2017 Community Carnival was a huge success this year, with Roosters players and ambassadors engaging over 10,000 students across 45 schools from the Eastern Suburbs, Central Coast and Adelaide communities in the month of February alone.
The full Roosters squad took part in the assembly visits which were based around the key message of RESPECT.
Students had the chance to meet their favourite Roosters stars and hear about their real life experiences regarding RESPECT, more specifically through teamwork, belonging and celebrating differences.
