The Sydney Roosters have today been advised by the NRL that CEO Joe Kelly has had his registration suspended for 12 months.
The NRL has also advised that Mr Kelly has the right to appeal the matter to the NRL Appeals Committee.
In the interim, Easts Group CEO Scott Bennetts will assume the role of Sydney Roosters CEO.
The Club will be making no further comment on the matter at this time.
