The Queensland Maroons have named Sydney Roosters young gun five-eighth Lachlan Lam in their Under 20s squad ahead of the Under 20s Origin clash to be played on Wednesday.
Lam has been in fine form for the Roosters this season, with successful stints in both Jersey Flegg and ISP as well as a call up to the winning Papua New Guinea side in the test match against Fiji Bati.
The young Maroons will look to overcome a six year drought against a dominant young New South Wales outfit.
