Last Time We Met the Titans

The Last Time We Met the Gold Coast Titans it was a game of two contrasting halves at Central Coast Stadium.

Last Time We Met the Titans

It looked as though the Titans turned up to play early in the first half, and they would be the first to post points when Michael Gordon went over in the corner.

James Tedesco hit-back after he pounced on a well-weighted grubber from Jake Friend, but the Titans were not done with their dominant first half.

They did well to force repeat sets and would eventually capitalise against a flat Roosters outfit through winger Anthony Don on the set up from Ash Taylor.

The Roosters came out of the sheds with a different mindset and kicked off their onslaught right from the word go in the second stanza.

After Isaac Liu punched his way over the line early, Latrell Mitchell did his job with the boot to kick his side in front with back-to-back penalty goals.

He wasn't done posting points for his team though as he finished off a well executed team try to push the lead past a converted try.

Cooper Cronk chimed in after chasing his own grubber for the plant down, followed by a James Tedesco special to set up Mitchell Aubusson to claim a special win.

The Roosters will look to follow up that second half performance when they face the Titans on their home turf this Sunday night!
