Judiciary Update | Friend To Play Grand Final

Captain Jake Friend has entered an Early Guilty Plea after he was cited by the NRL Match Review Committee in Saturday's Preliminary Final.

Friend was cited with a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw Charge for an incident that occurred in the first half of the match on South Sydney Rabbitohs captain Greg Inglis.

With the early plea, Friend will be available for selection in Sunday's NRL Grand Final at ANZ Stadium and hold 75 Carry-Over Points.

There were no other charges to come from the match.
