Season Review | Latrell Mitchell

Latrell Mitchell has worked hard to improve his game since debuting in 2016, and it's safe to say that 2018 saw the superstar centre take the next step in his promising young career.

He came into pre-season looking fit as a fiddle and was one of the star performers among the young squad members leading into the Christmas break.

The hard work showed right from the first game of the season as Mitchell's impressive form was on show for all to marvel.

He was called into the New South Wales Blues squad, played all three matches and was a major factor in his side winning the series.

Mitchell scored a hat-trick on two separate occasions at the back end of the season and scored a classic try in the NRL Grand Final.

The season ended with a Premiership victory and his debut for the Australian Kangaroos in both test matches against the New Zealand Kiwis and Tonga.
