Roosters Hit The Beach

To celebrate the start of the Nippers Season, Sydney Roosters players have been hitting the beach to get involved in the fun.

Hundreds of Nippers have been taking full advantage of the glorious sunshine we've been experiencing in recent times, and have taken to Bondi and Clovelly Beach for the ever-popular Nippers season.

Roosters players Billy Smith, new recruit Brock Lamb, and our Roosters Girls joined the kids on Bondi, while Lindsey Collins, previous Clovelly Croc and Nipper Lachlan Lam, and Women's Captain Simaima Taufa headed to Clovelly Beach.

The players took part in a range of activities including beach sprints, flags races, and a tough game of tug-o-war.

The players moved around to different age groups and were a popular addition on the beach, posing for photos with the Nippers and passers-by.

The Roosters Girls were also teaching fun dance moves.

Clovelly Nippers Representative Leanne Bergen was happy to have the Roosters involved with the kids.

"It was fantastic to have the Sydney Roosters join in the fun at Clovelly Nippers on Sunday!

"A huge thanks to Roosters players Lindsay Collins, Lachlan Lam, Simaima Taufa and Cheerleaders Bonnie & Tiarna for being part of the action.

"The kids (and parents) absolutely loved it."

The Sydney Roosters are a valued community partner of Clovelly Nippers and we thank you for making our day extra special.
