Judiciary Update | Joseph Manu

The Sydney Roosters have elected to enter a Not Guilty plea after Joseph Manu was cited by the NRL Match Review Committee in Round 5.

Manu received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Head/Neck charge for an incident that occurred in the 51st minute of the match on Sharks player Sione Katoa.

If the Club is successful in making its case, Manu will be available for selection in the Roosters Round 6 match against the Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park.

If Manu is found guilty at panel, he will be suspended for one match and hold a total of 70 Carry-Over points.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday evening.
