Following their citation by the NRL Match Review Committee in Round 17, the Sydney Roosters have entered pleas for Victor Radley and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves.

Victor Radley

The Roosters have elected to enter an Early Guilty Plea for the Grade 1 Dangerous Contact – Head/Neck charge issued by the NRL Match Review Committee against Victor Radley.

Radley will receive 90 carry-over points, however he will be available for selection for the Club’s Round 18 home game against the Newcastle Knights at the SCG this Saturday, July 20.

Jared Waerea-Hargreaves

The Roosters have elected to enter a plea of Not Guilty for the Grade 1 Dangerous Contact – Head/Neck charge issued by the NRL Match Review Committee against Jared Waerea-Hargreaves.

If the Club is successful in making its case, Waerea-Hargreaves will be available for selection in the Roosters’ Round 18 home game against the Newcastle Knights at the SCG this Saturday, July 20.

If Waerea-Hargreaves is found guilty at panel, he will be suspended for two matches and hold 65 carry-over points.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday evening.
