Roosters Say Farewell To SKD

Ahead of his departure to the Super League, the Sydney Roosters would like to farewell a long-serving Club man in Shaun Kenny-Dowall.

Shaun Kenny-Dowall Roosters Highlights

Kenny-Dowall spent 11 seasons at the Roosters, starting his career as a winger and later evolving into a centre.

In his first season playing centre, Kenny-Dowall was the leading try-scorer in the competition (tied with Akuila Uate) in 2010.

He is currently the second highest Club try scorer behind Anthony Minichiello with an incredible 121 tries.

Though he's had some memorable moments wearing the Tricolours, his greatest include playing the second half of the 2013 NRL Grand Final with a broken jaw and his incredible 99th minute try against the Wests Tigers in the 2010 Qualifying Finals.

Kenny-Dowall played in two NRL Grand Finals and won three Minor Premierships during his 224 appearances with the Club.

From everyone at the Sydney Roosters, we wish Shaun Kenny-Dowall all the best going forward.
