With the 2019 NRL Telstra Premiership done and dusted, Sydney Roosters Head Coach is set for his next mission when he takes on Mount Kilimanjaro for the Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF).
To conclude a week that includes celebration, awards night, season review and more, Robinson will continue his preparations to conquer the highest mountain in Africa.
Robinson Back Into Kilimanjaro Mode
Officially departing on Tuesday the 15th of October, Robinson will re-commence his altitude training on Thursday and train consistently ahead of an early morning flight.
He recently surpassed the $54,000 milestone and there's still plenty of time remaining to donate.
Situated in Tanzania at 19,340 feet (5,895 metres) Mt Kilimanjaro is Africa's highest mountain and the highest "free standing” mountain in the world.
A group of 20 supporters will be tested to the limit, mentally and physically but nothing like what brain cancer patients and their families go through.

100% of the proceeds raised for the climb will be donated to the MHF.
