Season Review | Daniel Tupou

On the back of a career best year from Daniel Tupou, he claims his third Premiership with the Club.

Tupou was one of the Roosters most consistent throughout 2019, combining beautifully with Latrell Mitchell on the left edge and causing havoc to defensive lines.

He scored four tries in the first four games of the season, and continued that form all the way through the year.

Tupou was arguably the Roosters best of the post season and was nearly flawless in the Preliminary Final against the Melbourne Storm and the Grand Final against the Canberra Raiders.

It's impossible to forget his involvement in the Premiership winning play of the year, making a break down the sideline and setting up James Tedesco.

He was nominated for winger of the year at the Dally M's and was selected in the RLPA's Team of the year.

Tupou will enter his ninth season with the Sydney Roosters in 2020 and will look to continue that form.
