Judiciary Update | Round 3

The Sydney Roosters have entered pleas for Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Victor Radley after they were cited by the NRL Match Review Committee in Round 3. 

The Club have elected to enter an early guilty plea for Waerea-Hargreaves, who was charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle for an incident that occurred in the the 53rd minute of the match on Rabbitohs player Alex Johnston.

He will receive a monetary fine of $1,600 and is available for selection in Round 4. 

The Club have elected to enter a Not Guilty plea for Victor Radley, who was charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw charge for an incident that occurred in the 39th minute of the match on Rabbitohs player Dane Gagai.

If a successful case is put forward to the judiciary, Radley will be available for selection in Round 4. 

If Radley is unsuccessful in making his case, he will receive 135 points and be suspended for one match.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday night via video conference.
