Judiciary Update | Round 13

Following the Sydney Roosters Round 13 match against the St George Illawarra Dragons, Jake Friend and Ryan Hall were both cited by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Friend received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact Head/Neck charge for an incident that occurred in the 8th minute of the match on Dragons player Adam Clune.

The Club has elected to enter an early guilty plea for Friend, which will see him receive 75 points and be available for selection in Round 14.

Ryan Hall received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge for an incident that occurred in the 21st minute of the match on Dragons player Zac Lomax, which the Club has elected to contest.

If Hall is unsuccessful in making his case, he will receive 75 points and still be available for selection in Round 14.

The judiciary hearing will be held on Tuesday night.
