TICKETS AND BOX OFFICE

Emails have been sent to Sydney Roosters Members to explain when and how they can redeem a ticket as part of their Membership.

Members are encouraged to print tickets after they have been redeemed, or have their tickets ready to scan on their smartphone when at the turnstile to ensure smooth entry into the SCG.

Due to the mandatory Public Health Order requirements of COVID-19, the primary ticket holder must provide contact details for contact tracing purposes.

Ticket sales will be available at the box office on match day. Due to restrictions only 1 window will be in operation and purchases will be card-only.

The Box office opens at 6:30pm.

Important information for ticket holders accessing the venue:

Ticket holders walking to the game from Moore Park Road are advised they will need to access the SCG via Driver Avenue.

The lane pedestrians used to walk to the SCG from near the intersection Moore Park Road and Regent Street in 2019 is currently closed due to construction of the new Sydney Football Stadium.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The SCG has implemented additional cleaning, hygiene and waste management measures and all fans are encouraged to maintain a high-level of cleanliness.

Spectators are advised to abide by social distancing measures at the SCG, which are in place to comply with government guidelines.

To assist with social distancing, the distance between ticket scanners and seats has increased, and staff will assist with staggered ingress and egress times for ticket holders trying to get in and leaving the stadium. Gates will open at 6.50pm to allow plenty of time for everyone to find their seats.

Ticket holders must sit in a seat in their allocated row and keep a two-seat gap between groups. Every second row will be empty to comply with social distancing measures.

Food and beverage outlets will be card only. Limited outlets will be open, and people are encouraged to eat and drink when seated in their designated area.

Please stay home if you are unwell, waiting for the result of a COVID-19 test, if you have travelled interstate, overseas, to any hotspots or if you have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days.

Before heading to the game, please download and activate the COVIDSafe app.

PARKING

Car parking will be available in EP3 (via Moore Park Road) at a cost of $30 a vehicle. The EP2 car park is not open for the near future.

Parking is also available in the Entertainment Quarter, with a game day fee of $25 per vehicle.

A $15 fee for Roosters Members in 2019 is no longer valid. Spectators can get casual parking rates by spending $10 or more at an Entertainment Quarter retailer or restaurant and have their ticket validated. The casual rate for 3-4 hours is $12 and 4-5 hours is $16.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Spectators are encouraged to plan to arrive early as parking is expected to be in high demand and traffic may also be heavier than usual. Public transport will be operating at a reduced capacity to maintain social distancing, so please consider it may take longer than normal to get to the SCG.

Light rail services and express shuttle buses will run regularly between Central and Moore Park, however they may be lengthy queues due to reduced capacity on both forms of transport. Additional measures and staff will be in place around key transport hubs to safely manage crowds arriving and leaving the game so please follow their advice.

Ticketed Members yet to redeem their Members Choice item will be able to collect their item at the game.
