The Sydney Roosters are set for their most exciting challenge of the season yet when they take to the turf of Panthers Stadium for a Qualifying Finals clash with the Penrith Panthers.
Friday night will mark the first time these two sides have faced each other since Round 1 of the 2020 NRL Telstra Premiership season.
The Roosters will be aiming for a strong performance in enemy territory, having won 5 of their last 6 games of the season and finishing fourth on the NRL ladder.
The Panthers on the other hand finished in the first seed, winning all but two games of the 2020 season (one loss, one draw).
On the line this Friday night is a spot in the 2020 Preliminary Finals, which will be held two weeks from now to decide this year's Grand Finalists.

Panthers: Fullback Dylan Edwards, centre Stephen Crichton and second-rower Viliame Kikau are back after being rested. Utility Tyrone May and back-rower Kurt Capewell have reverted to the bench.
Roosters: Captain Jake Friend is out, but winger Brett Morris, centre Joey Manu, lock Isaac Liu and bench forward Lindsay Collins are all set to return.
Freddy Lussick has replaced Friend at hooker, while Angus Crichton has dropped to the bench with Mitch Aubusson, Nat Butcher, Poasa Faamausili and Matt Ikuvalu all shuffled to the reserves.
