Roosters secure 11,000 True Roosters in record time

The Sydney Roosters are thrilled to announce a huge start to their 2021 Membership campaign with over 11,000 Members committing in record time.

In late September Coach Trent Robinson called on supporters to show they were ‘True Roosters’ by joining as 2021 Members and they’ve listened and committed.

The milestone was passed overnight and is by far the fastest time we have reached 11,000 Members in the Club’s history. As of today, 11,275 Members have committed for 2021 compared with 10,399 Members on this same date last year. This result is even more astonishing considering the 2021 Membership campaign went on-sale three weeks later than last year on account of the later finish to the season.

Sydney Roosters CEO Joe Kelly is delighted with this milestone and thanked our committed Members for their continued loyal support.

“Achieving such an incredible milestone in record time following an incredibly tough year is simply outstanding.

To have nearly 1,000 more Members than the corresponding time last year shows that our supporters understand what it means to be a True Rooster.

Members are the cornerstone of our Club and having their support and commitment means everything to everyone at the Club.”

Club Ambassador Anthony Minichiello was equally happy and called for all supporters of the Club to join as Members.

“There’s never been a more exciting time to be a Member of the Roosters. We have one of the best squads in the game, a brand-new stadium under construction, and fantastic Membership packages to suit everyone.

We know we’re one of the most supported teams in the country and I encourage everyone to commit as Members. Membership support directly benefits the team through improved facilities and support staff.
