Season Review | Josh Morris

Josh Morris was a true standout in his first season with the Tricolours, providing a number of memorable moments while forming a potent left edge with Daniel Tupou.

Morris joined the team in Round 3 and made his presence felt in his debut with the Tricolours, setting up Kyle Flanagan for an outstanding long range try and proving hard to tackle for 80 minutes.

Not only was he scoring plenty of tries in 2020, he set up Tupou for a fair number of his.

His near perfect performance against the Parramatta Eels in Round 6 was the perfect indicator of what fans can expect from Josh Morris, breaking the line at will, defensive brilliance and even setting up the final try.

If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that the Morris brothers have plenty left to offer in the NRL arena.

Morris will get his first pre-season in with the Roosters in the coming weeks after having his contract extended for the 2021 NRL season.
