Season Review | Luke Keary

After a man of the match performance in the World Club Challenge to kick off his 2020 campaign, there were no backwards steps for the Roosters champion five-eighth.

Keary was one of the best halves in the competition in 2020, providing more of a leadership role and standing the tallest in the biggest moments.

He received the second most Fan Voted Man Of The Match awards in 2020 (tied with James Tedesco) behind Brett Morris and was runner-up on a fair number of occasions.

It's hard to single out one performance in particular, but it's hard to forget his Round 7 heroics after the Roosters experienced injuries to key players against the St George Illawarra Dragons.

The season finished with Keary earning a spot in the RLPA Players Dream 13 and selection in Brad Fittler's New South Wales Blues.

He made his State Of Origin in game one of the series.
