Adam Keighran joins the Roosters

The Sydney Roosters have today confirmed the signing of Adam Keighran for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

23-year-old Keighran has joined the Roosters from the New Zealand Warriors where he has spent the last two seasons.

Sydney Roosters recruitment manager Daniel Anderson believes Keighran will be a valuable asset to the club.

“With his ability to play in a number of positions, Adam adds great depth to our squad and we’re looking forward to watching his development over the coming seasons,” said Anderson.

A former Australian Schoolboy, Keighran made his NRL debut with the Warriors in the opening round of the 2019 season. His most recent NRL appearance was in the Warriors’ final game of the 2020 season in which he scored his first career hat-trick.

Keighran will officially join the Roosters when the squad returns for pre-season training this week.

Adam Keighran is set to report for duty on day one of pre-season.
