UPDATE Judiciary Charges Round 5

The Sydney Roosters have tonight been successful in having the Grade One Crusher Tackle charge against Ben Marschke overturned at the NRL Judiciary.

The Club entered a plea of Not Guilty for Marschke after he was cited for an incident that occurred in the 29th minute of the Round 5 match against the Cronulla Sutherland-Sharks, which the NRL judiciary accepted at a hearing this evening.

As a result, Marschke will be available to line up for the Roosters' Round 6 match against the Melbourne Storm.
