NRL Line Up for Round 8 vs Bulldogs

Update: Trent Robinson has updated the team list for tomorrow's clash with the Bulldogs, with the squad cut down to 19 players 24 hours out from kick off.

Lachlan Lam, Ben Marschke, Naufahu Whyte, Renouf Atoni and Tom Carr come out of the side this week, leaving Daniel Suluka-Fifita remaining on the extended bench.

Adam Keighran has moved to the 18th man role in jersey No.22.

The final squad will be confirmed one hour prior to kick off tomorrow evening.

The Sydney Roosters are proud to announce the line up for the Round 8 match against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs on Saturday evening at Accor Stadium.

The match shapes up as the 187th encounter between the two sides, with the rivalry dating back as far as 1935.

The Roosters have banked the two points in each of their last eight encounters with the Bulldogs, and have had their colours lowered just three times in the fixture since Trent Robinson took the Head Coaching reins following the 2012 season.

Robinson has made some changes to the line up following yesterday's tight ANZAC Day contest with the Dragons.

Daniel Tupou comes out of the team after accepting a one-match suspension, allowing Kevin Naiqama to make his return on the wing.

The remainder of the team is unchanged, with James Tedesco captaining the team at fullback.

Joseph Suaalii holds his place on the wing and will line up alongside Naiqama.

Paul Momirovski and Joey Manu will again make up the centre pairing.

Sam Walker and Luke Keary will again line up in the No.6 and No.7 jerseys respectively.

Lindsay Collins, Sam Verrills and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves line up in the front row, while the starting side is rounded off with Angus Crichton, Sitili Tupouniua and Victor Radley in the back row.

Drew Hutchison, Fletcher Baker, Nat Butcher and Siosiua Taukeiaho make up the interchange bench, with Lachlan Lam named at 18th man.

Daniel Suluka-Fifita, Ben Marschke, Naufahu Whyte, Adam Keighran, Renouf Atoni and Tom Carr make up this week's extended bench.
